I offer leadership coaching – to either individual executives or the executive team – because so often an organization’s challenges flow from what’s not said or not done in the executive suite. Figuring out what to do for the customer is often easier than organizing the team to get it done effectively and consistently, and organizational effectiveness starts at the top.

My experience includes:
- 5 years as C-level marketing executive at Eddie Bauer, TeachFirst and Flexcar
- 10 years in marketing management at Frito-Lay/Pepsico, Modus Media International and the University of Washington MBA Program
- 8 years as marketing consultant, six of those with my own firm and two with The Bellwether Group, a Seattle advertising agency focused on sustainable products and initiatives.
I also hold an MBA in marketing and organizational behavior from Stanford Business School and a BA in International Relations from Stanford University.
